The Hancock Customer Experience (or HCX) Academy, is a holistic associate onboarding, training, and engagement project for new and current Hancock Health associates. Hancock Health tasked Well Done with creating a theme for the training, including an identity, teaser video, animated training videos, and various templates for email, newsletter, social, and PowerPoint presentation.
