Victor’s Gyros & Pancake House’s menu mainly consists of breakfast and classic diner foods. They claim to specialize in gyros, Greek plates, BBQ ribs and tips, and, of course, pancakes. Currently, Victor’s target audience consists of Muncie locals, mainly of the older ‘Boomer’ generation and their families. They have the potential to gain and maintain a much larger customer base, consisting of lovers of Greek, diner classics, and breakfast foods. This includes those of the Boomer, Millenial, Gen Z, and Gen X generations.
This concept tells a personalized story using the most popular and notable items that are found at Victor’s. Using imperfect, organic shapes and handwritten font will provide a sense of care, approachability, and friendliness.
