The goal of this project was to create a style guide and template for promotional brochures to be used across neighborhoods in Muncie, Indiana.

The client requested two brochures for each neighborhood, an external brochure to be given to realtors to give to potential buyers, and an internal brochure to be given to new homeowners along with a welcome basket.
